Policies Rent Rental rate includes taxes, utilities and local phone in all properties. Parking is included with some properties. Rental rates shown may be subject to change. Full rental rate must be paid upon check in or by arrangement with agent. Deposits A refundable deposit is required when the reservation is made. Deposit may not be applied to rent. Credit cards are not accepted. Deposit is refunded, less cleaning fees and any damages within 2 weeks of departure date. Cleaning A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Facilities Properties have full kitchens, air conditioning, basic cable, vacuum cleaners and linens. No maid service is available. Cleaning supplies are not included. Other Non-smoking rooms may be available. Check in must be during regular business hours unless prior arrangements have been made with agent.
